The purpose of the High Country Model & Miniature Expo is to promote scale model & miniature building regardless of age, gender, skill level, or subject matter; just build it, paint it, show it!
The Expo is held every September.
Whether this is your very first build or your 83rd, we want to see your hard work! So, bring your airplanes, vehicles, armor, science fiction, fantasy, gaming, figures, dioramas, and more. No entry fee...
Just build it, paint it, show it!
Our most popular expo attraction - Get hands-on with our Make & Take's. Building a model while at the expo might just inspire a future modeler. Make & Take kits are FREE for all youth (14 and under).
Seminars are geared towards learning through demonstrations and Q&As. You'll get to learn directly from hobby experts. No sign-up or registration is required. And, they are open to the public!
Be sure to join in as there will be giveaway opportunities! (That means FREE stuff.)
Looking for a specific tool? Or maybe that hard-to-find kit from the past; you never know what you'll find at a model swap meet. Our vendors are more than just purchasing a new kit, they'll be your resource as you navigate this amazing hobby. Stop by and say hi to the expo's hobby consultants.
- CASH ONLY -
Model & Miniature Contest entrants will be entered into the grand prize raffle. So, get to work and enter your build. Must be present to claim prize. (Grand prize drawing for contest entrants ONLY. Same-day/Make & Take builds are NOT eligible for raffle.)
